Greetings to everyone and welcome to a new fall session at St. Jerome Child Center. We are eagerly looking forward to seeing our "old" friends and welcoming our "new" families. During the weeks that we were closed, the floors were cleaned, the walls were washed and teachers spent quality time planning and getting ready for an exciting new year.

Joining our staff this year is Ms. Amanda Ivy. Amanda will be the senior staff teacher for the Butterfly Class. Ms. Dottie will remain with that class as the teacher's aide. Also, Ms. Wendy Portillo has joined the staff as a teacher's aide and will be working in all the classes as needed. Mrs. Christie Cooper, Kindergarten teacher from the "big" school is taking a year off from Kindergarten to pursue her studies in Early Childhood. While Christie is studying, she will be spending some time with our Turtle Class. We are very excited about our new staff members and I know you will be when you have the opportunity to meet them.

Along with these staff changes, we are still blessed with our returning teachers and aides.
