There is a meeting in the 8^A classroom on Wednesday, May 26^{th at} 6:30 pm for the chaperones for the 8^th grade trip. Please be on time.

Religion:

Review for final exams. Notes were taken from the exam. Study!

Literature: Literary terms- Study these terms for your final in literature.

Know the major gods and goddesses and important information about them.

English: 8-1and 8-2:

Continue to review for your final exams.

Review adjective and adverb clauses. Be able to distinguish one type of clause from the others. Know the relative pronouns and the subordinate conjunctions.

There are basic elements you should have mastered by now. Some of them have been listed here for months. Parts of speech, helping verbs, linking verbs, subject-verb agreement, direct object, indirect object, predicate noun, predicate adjective, principal parts of verbs, pronouns, case of pronouns, types of pronouns, antecedents, punctuation, and capitalization.

Be able to identify phrases and clauses.
