Religion Chapter 15 Justice and Truth

Students will value and respect ownership, honesty, justice. We will discuss how reverence for people determines our moral choices.

Social Studies 8 Events of the Civil War

Students will continue to learn about the events of the war. We will read and analyze Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address. We will understand U.S. Grant’s meaning of total war and we will follow William Tecumsah Sherman’s March to the Sea. We will culminate with Lee’s surrender to Grant at Appomattox.
